Unveiling Ceremony





Twenty Japanese maple trees have been planted to commemorate 20 years of educational partnership between Edmonds Community College and Trajal Hospitality & Tourism College, Japan and to honor Jimmy Moritani (1933- 2007) former chairman of Trajal Hospitality & Tourism College. He began a study abroad program in 1986 that has brought over 1,700 students to Edmonds Community College to study English and travel and tourism for an academic year. The program is the oldest partnership between the college and an international institution. May, 2010
