A Tourism Workshop focused on the promotion of tourism was held at the Trajal Hospitality & Tourism College Osaka on Monday, November 16.
The theme of the workshop is “Cultivation of Human Resources”.
Sponsored by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), the purpose of the workshop was to provide an opportunity for tourism-related officials from the Middle East to study the travel industry in Japan.
The officers were from Yemen, Syria, Egypt and the Palestinian Territories.
After touring our college facilities and observing classes the participants exchanged opinions about collaboration between academic institutions and businesses in the field of tourism.
